Our responsibilities to the Lord aren’t contingent upon the obedience of anyone else. We are to submit to our husbands “as unto the Lord.” (Ephesians 5:22)
Whether our husband is the spiritual leader we have always dreamed of, or has disappointed our expectations; we have a holy command from Scripture to submit our will to his.
